Is insurance included in the hire?
Caravan Insurance is included in the hire.
When will I get my bond back?
After a full inspection of the caravan has been carried out usually within1 week after dropping the van back.
Do I need Electric brakes on my car?
No, the caravans are equipped with “Elecbrakes”, a Bluetooth control system that can be operated from a smart phone or remote control.
If I have any problems who do I contact?

Do I have to clean the Caravan before I return it?
All Maroochy Hire Vans need to be returned in a clean and tidy condition or you can nominate to pay us to clean the van for you.
What if I want to stay longer than I have booked?
Maroochy Caravan Hire will do everything in it’s power to accommodate all requests, however during certain periods caravans are fully booked and would need to be returned on time.
Are there annexe walls available for the standard side awning on the Caravan?
Most of our hire Caravans have optional walls available to convert the awning into an annexe.
Does my towing vehicle need to be insured?
Yes it is a requirement that your towing vehicle has a Current Comprehensive Insurance Policy.
Is there an age limit?
Yes you need to be over 25 years of age.
What else can I hire?
Linen, solar panels, generators, refrigerators, annexes, tents, towing gear….. you name it.
